There is no on-site parking at the church. We recommended parking on surrounding streets, particularly Bowden St or Nance Avenue.
Are there seats in the church
In an Orthodox church, there are limited seating reserved for the elderly and those that are unable to stand. These are located around the outside of the room.
WHERE DO I STAND DURING THE CEREMONY?
In an Orthodox church, once you enter, females will stand the to left-hand-side of the room and the males will stand on the right-hand-side.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We kindly ask that there are no phones and/or cameras during the ceremony.
WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE IVY BALLROOM?
There are parking facilities nearby to the Ivy Ballroom. We would recommend parking at the Wilson's Parking on Angel Place – 123 Pitt St (this is the closest). You will receive 10% off night and weekend rates for pre-paid parking at selected Wilson car parks when you book online.
